The Team Approach
At Rosecrance, many people work together to provide the best possible treatment services to help you along the road to recovery. These individuals include certified and/or licensed professionals such as nurses, counselors, physicians, psychiatrists, dieticians, chaplain, physical fitness instructors, teachers and social workers. Addictions Counselors are specially licensed to treat alcohol and drug disorders. Our Chief Medical Officer, Medical Director and a staff of professional nurses assist with ongoing health concerns throughout the treatment stay. All clinical staff at Rosecrance—including individuals who take the initial information, who conduct assessments and contribute to treatment and recovery—are highly skilled individuals.
These individuals are backed up by a competent staff of clerical, maintenance, medical records, performance improvement, accounting, marketing, training and human resources personnel who care about you, as an individual, and supply the support needed to deliver the highest quality care and services. Upon admission to treatment, you are introduced to the individuals who will provide your direct care. Unit Staff will be with you throughout the day as you move through your program schedule. The treatment team meets regularly to discuss your progress and treatment needs and to develop a discharge date and plan. Team members consult with each other and with you regularly in order to make sure that your needs are being met and to make sure you agree with the plan for your treatment. |
