We are committed to providing the highest level of quality care to our clients. This applies not only to the aspects of the program you see and experience, but to every facet of the organization. Rosecrance conducts continual performance and procedure reviews. Some of the things we learn from this process include areas where we can provide additional training to our clinical staff or provide a new program that enhances our goal of Lifelong Recovery.
In 2007, a ten-year partnership agreement with Northern Illinois University to conduct outcome studies for Rosecrance was completed and a third study was recently commissioned. It is not enough for us to say we are making a difference, we want to prove it.
Confidentiality
Rosecrance complies with the HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996) rules, which enforce strict codes of confidentiality. Client information is only shared with authorized parties. Staff are required to sign confidentiality documentation upon hire.
